My first blog post, very exciting.
So in celebration of Hallows Eve I wanted to create a pumpkin dish that would fit nicely at a wine event and still stay with my Italian theme.
Roasted pumpkin with fresh mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano.
The nice thing about this dish is you can get an easy twenty recipes(using the disc method) out of a 5lb pumpkin, plus lots of remaining pumpkin for another recipe.
My question to you is what Italian wine you would like to pair with this dish?
